Our Client in Teddington simply wanted a colour change, the kitchen doors and cabinets were purchased from Howdens prior to there house purchase, although they were content with the shaker style kitchen doors an update was needed in terms of colour. The initial inspiration of colour choice came from a home decor magazine.
Complete Refinish set about its business by removing the doors and fittings and meticulously preparing the area for paint on day one.
The side panels, plinths and all irremovable units are conveniently spray painted on-site all content within the units are undisturbed. After all areas are masked and degreased a durable coating is applied in the choice of colour in this case the farrow and ball old white and a nepytune navy blue was sprayed for the island unit and doors.
The doors were taken back to our workshop to be prepared and spray painted in a purpose built environment. They were then carefully packaged days later to be returned back to the client for refitting.
Following the careful assembly of the newly refinished howdens doors we further enhanced the moderisation by replacing the brass door furniture fittings with polished chrome.
Although the colours are difficult to pick up from the photography- a standard off the shelf cream kitchen was transformed into a bespoke and elegant off white kitchen complimented by a contrasting navy blue.
